It is soft, brushed cotton and is floaty and lightweight. The design is beautiful and the contrasting patterns compliment each other perfectly. The bib can be worn open, or tied into bows, it has a small cute peter pan style collar. This is a pull over the head design with no zips. It has pockets too! A lovely flattering mid axi length, looks brilliant with knee high boots, you can also pair it with a belt
